You wake up in a cave forgetting where the exit is, so you explore to find the way out, before long the Grim Reaper appears and realise you've met an untimely end. Prove yourself with a newfound ability that contradicts life and death, as you undergo his challenges to return to your old life...

Okay... "Color Enhanced" but .gb file ending. That makes us slightly confused, :) Is this now a GB or GBC game?
Oh it'll run on both device original Gameboy and Color, it just will be a smoother and more definitive experience on the latter, i'd class it as a Gameboy Color game as a recommendation though :)
